Análisis del clima motivacional en judocas

Abstract

Objetivo. El objetivo general de este estudio es determinar y analizar las relaciones existentes entre el clima motivacional (Clima Tarea y Clima Ego) y el nivel competitivo de judocas chilenos (Aficionado, Amateur, Semiprofesional y Profesional). Metodo. Se analizaron 148 deportistas practicantes de judo de siete clubes deportivos de Chile, la muestra se estratifico con dos criterios: Clubes y Niveles Competitivos, representando el 10.64% del universo total en el caso de los de los profesionales y no profesionales, se obtuvo un error muestral total del 0.08; mientras que por estratos nos proporciona errores de muestreo en ambos casos del 0.09. Se utilizo el cuestionario de Clima Motivacional PMCQS-2 y una hoja de autorregistro para el nivel competitivo. Resultados. Respecto al clima motivacional y el nivel competitivo de los judocas, se ha encontrado que en el Clima Ego y sus categorias los judocas obtienen puntuaciones similares, sin embargo, en las categorias del Clima Tarea, Aprendizaje Cooperativo y Esfuerzo/Mejora, los deportistas profesionales y semiprofesionales obtienen valores mas altos que los deportistas amateurs y aficionados. Conclusiones. Se puede concluir que los judocas se orientan mas hacia el Clima Tarea, basandose en el esfuerzo y trabajo, y los deportistas que se encuentran en los niveles competitivos mas altos valoran mas la cooperacion y el esfuerzo. Sin embargo, los deportistas de niveles competitivos mas altos no tienen niveles mas altos en el Clima Ego y en su categoria Rivalidad, como podria intuirse.
