Abstract

AbstractIn TNCs have been changing and reshaping the world's economies. Recently more and more new companies are coming from developing and transitional economies. This case study starts with a description of the history development of China's outward FDI in the past several years, and presents the current situation of China's outward FDI. Then, analysis of the problems existing in Chinese outward FDI will be discussed. Finally, some strategies and suggestions on the related problems will be given.
