Abstract

Abstract According to the economic development policy of Shandong, and combining with the analysis of predicted demand of shipping talents in future, the current situation of shipping talents training is analyzed; the problems existing in shipping talents training are presented; plans and development suggestion of senior shipping talents training are put forward to be expected to provide helps for the management and development of Shandong nautical education agencies, and provide positive references for the constructing of strong shipping province, the developing of marine Shandong, and the building of Blue Shandong Peninsula Economic Zone.
