Frontier development of chips design and production

Abstract

The chip has been developed for over 60 years, and its design process, manufacturing process, and packaging and testing methods are all mature, and its scale, performance, and functions are constantly improving. Through the research of the whole development process of the chip, this paper expounds the current development status of the chip, involves the latest development of related technologies, and introduces the relevant aspects of chip design and manufacture, and finally looks forward to the development direction of the chip.
