AbstractData processing characteristics can significantly affect reliability of obtained results. Here we discuss two recently developed data collection instruments based on analog-to-digital converters. The first instrument is based on three 500MHz 12 bit ADC and used for extended dynamic range measurements. Based on 667MHz 8 bit ADC the second one allows fast 3D data acquisition. The instruments were used for time-of-flight mass spectrometry and ion mobility TOF mass spectrometry fast data acquisition and processing.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
