Abstract

Resume L’auteur fait le point sur son experience clinique et ses positions theoriques relatives a la psychotherapie du sujet dement. Dans la premiere partie, sont rappeles : l’option de base d’une permanence subjective, de la vie psychique, et de la parole, les outils theoriques disponibles permettant de penser un soin psychique dans la demence et des concepts personnels de l’auteur. Ces differents points sont illustres dans la deuxieme partie par une vignette clinique.
