Abstract Polymer concrete used in the study is type of composite material wherein the aggregates used in testing are bound collectively in the form of matrix with a polymer as binder. It is increasing attractiveness as a newly structural material because of it has higher compressive, tensile and flexural strengths and also it has shorter time of curing and impact resistance. This paper explores research studies which have been started to enhance primary understandings of this material and to give the information required to its expensive use. Subsequently a correlation has made between the conventional and polymer concrete used in this study along with resins and fibers of variant proportions. As per IS10262:2009, Grade of M25 concrete mix design is calculated and Estimation of material is done. In implementation of experimental program Test methods for example compressive strength of material, Flexural strength test and workability test is performed for conventional concrete, Polymer resin concrete with resin percentage 3% and 5% is prepared and results are compare to the outcomes with Polymer fiber concrete with the Glass fiber percentage 0.5% and 1%.
