Abstract

Resumen Objetivo Determinar la fiabilidad del instrumento de evaluacion de la discapacidad en personas con lesion medular cronica (SCI-DAS) basado en el core set abreviado de la Clasificacion Internacional del Funcionamiento, de la Discapacidad y de la Salud - CIF. Material y metodo Se realizo un estudio instrumental en el que participaron 100 personas con lesion medular de mas de 6 meses de evolucion de 4 ciudades colombianas. Posterior al analisis factorial confirmatorio (AFC) se realizaron pruebas de consistencia interna a traves del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach y de fiabilidad intraevaluador e interevaluador a traves de los coeficientes Kappa de Coheny correlacion de Spearman. Resultados El AFC corroboro la bidimensionalidad del constructo. Se observo muy buena consistencia interna con Alfa de Cronbach de 0,89 y 0,81 para los dominios de Actividades y Participacion y Factores Ambientales respectivamente. Se eliminaron 2 items del instrumento original. El primer dominio evidencio buena fiabilidad tanto intraevaluador (Kappa 0,683) como interevaluador (Kappa 0,688). El segundo dominio mostro fiabilidad satisfactoria con Kappa 0,423 para intraevaluador y 0,523 para interevaluador. Los coeficientes de correlacion de Spearman oscilaron entre 0,687-0,917 (p Conclusiones Se demostro la fiabilidad global del SCI-DAS (18 items). Los items del dominio actividades y participacion presentaron mejor consistencia interna, estabilidad y equivalencia que los asociados a los factores ambientales.
