Co-presentation between dengue and diabetes mellitus (DM) can be expected. The author hereby assesses the effect of glycosylation process in poor glycemic control cases on the course of dengue infection. The aim of this work is to assess the effect of glycosylation of CD61 on the pathogenesis of dengue hemorrhagic fever. The hypothetical bioinformatics approach is used in this research.Significant change of similarity between CD61 and dengue NS1 after glycosylation can be detected. These findings might imply that immunomimicking process should be more difficult to occur.

citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 1
popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average
influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average
impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
