HBS, a right-handed woman, experienced multiple ischemic strokes following aneurysm clipping surgery in the posterior cerebral artery territory. Early assessments revealed left-sided spatial neglect and homonymous hemianopia. After rehabilitation, she achieved normal performance on neglect tests and was subsequently discharged home, where she resided independently.Nineteen months post-stroke, the only neuropsychological deficit was observed on the Stroop interference task (2 errors, z = -2.43)
