Abstract: Aneurysms of the abdominal aorta in infants are very rare, and are considered of congenital origin. Where their clinical diagnosis is complicated, support with imaging studies is essential.Their treatment is still under discussion, depending on age, anatomical characteristics, and compromise of other vascular structures, which will also determine their long-term prognosis. The case is presented of an infant with congenital heart disease in whom an aneurysm of the abdominal aorta was incidentally found.
