Abstract

Resumen La adaptacion fisiologica del corazon al ejercicio se solapa con hallazgos patologicos en los atletas de elite. Presentamos el caso de un deportista de competicion que es diagnosticado de un sindrome de QT largo al presentar un QT prolongado en el ECG. Tras 6 semanas retirado de la practica deportiva, las cifras de QT se normalizan, lo cual hace sospechar que fuera consecuencia de su adaptacion cardiaca al ejercicio y no un hallazgo patologico.
