Stress oxydatif et dysfonctionnements thyroïdiens

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail consiste a etudier les profils oxydatifs des patients tunisiens atteints de dysfonctionnements thyroidiens. Au total, 57 (36 hypothyroidies et 21 hyperthyroidies) patients n’ayant subi aucun traitement a visee thyroidienne et 30 sujets sains ont ete colliges. Le dosage des hormones thyroidiennes est effectue par radio-immunologie tandis que celui des anticorps antithyroidiens par Elisa. Les dosages du malondialdehyde, la superoxyde dismutase, la catalase et la glutathion peroxydase sont fait sur plasma par des methodes spectrophotometriques. Une augmentation significative du malondialdehyde a ete note chez les deux groupes de patients compares au groupe de temoins (hyperthyroidie p p p p p
