Abstract

Resume Les dermatoses professionnelles sont frequentes parmi les personnels soignants. Il s'agit le plus souvent de dermatites d'irritation favorisees par le travail en milieu humide, la manipulation d'antiseptiques et de desinfectants, le lavage repete des mains et les antecedents de dermatite atopique. Il existe des urticaires de contact principalement dues au latex mais egalement des eczemas. L'eczema de contact peut etre du aux agents de vulcanisation du caoutchouc surtout les thiurames des gants, aux desinfectants hospitaliers surtout le glutaraldehyde et le dodecylmethylammonium, aux antiseptiques et savons, aux topiques appliques pour les soins des mains, aux acrylates chez les dentistes, aux gels d'echographie et chez les infirmiers aux medicaments manipules. Dans ce dernier cas la sensibilisation doit etre decelee par des tests cutanes medicamenteux car il y a un risque important de toxidermie, si la molecule ayant induit une allergie de contact est administree par voie systemique a un membre du personnel soignant sensibilise.
