Abstract The management of a project must be geared to the achievement of objectives. The fulfilment of objectives is based on the capability to identify and quantify the activities to be developed, to control their execution and to assign responsibilities for their execution. This means planning and control according to a logical procedure. This paper presents such a procedure.
