Abstract The application of a microprocessor and a high level programming language (BASIC) is described for data acquisition and data analysis in thermometric titrimetry. The results derived by the microprocessor for the standard thermochemical test reactions THAM/HCl, NaOH/HClO4 and NaOH/H2SO4 are in excellent agreement with those obtained using a classical graphical data analysis procedure.
