Abstract

Abstract Wallenone, a new C 32 tirucallane-type triterpene isolated from the leaves of Gyrinops walla , has been shown to be 24-methylene-25-methyltirucall-7-en-3-one through X-ray crystallographic analysis and 2D-NMR spectroscopy.
