Abstract 1. 1. The pregnancies of 272 patients between the ages of 12 and 16 were compared with the pregnancies of 658 patients between the ages of 20 and 29. 2. 2. The juvenile patients were similar in most respects to the older patients. 3. 3. The principal exceptions included increased frequency of toxemia, contracted pelvis, and prolonged labor.
