Abstract The electrocardiograms of normal fullterm infants and of children 1–7,17 have been thoroughly studied and reported upon, but few studies have been done on the premature infant. It is the purpose of this paper to report the results of a study of the electrocardiograms of premature infants who have survived, as part of a larger study of the cardiopulmonary status of the premature infant.
