Trochleaplastik mit Vicryl-Fäden

Abstract

ZusammenfassungEine hochgradige Trochleadysplasie ist der primäre Risikofaktor einer patellofemoralen Instabilität und wird häufig mittels vertiefender Trochleaplastik (Trochlea-Osteotomie) behandelt. Bei der im deutschen Sprachraum weit verbreiteten „Thin-flap-Technik“ wird der gebildete osteochondrale Lappen mittels Vicryl-Tapes (Ethicon, Cornelia, GA, USA) fixiert und stabilisiert. Durch die Einstellung der Produktion der Vicryl-Tapes bedarf es einer Modifikation der ursprünglichen Technik. Die nachfolgend vorgestellte Operationstechnik beschreibt eine alternative Fixationsmethode mit fünf resorbierbaren Fadenpaaren anstelle der Tapes.
