Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unterschenkelfrakturen sind nach knocherner Verletzung und begleitendem Weichteilschaden sehr vielgestaltig. Folgeschaden sind nicht immer zu vermeiden. Das subjektive Befinden des Patienten und der objektive medizinische Befund mussen nicht ubereinstimmen. Die MdE nach Unterschenkelfrakturen muss am Verlust des Gliedmasenabschnitts bzw. an der verbliebenen funktionellen Wertigkeit gemessen werden. Empfehlungen dazu sind in Standardwerken zur Begutachtung zusammengestellt und teilweise kommentiert. Sie konnen fur den Gutachter, der seine klinisch-praktische Erfahrung als Unfallchirurg einbringen und sich auf den aktuellen Stand der medizinischen Wissenschaft beziehen sollte als Orientierung dienen, wenn er zu Zusammenhangsfragen, Schadensbewertung und Stand des Heilverfahrens seine Empfehlungen gibt. Nur so kann der Unfallversicherungstrager jenen medizinischen Kenntnisstand erlangen, der ihm eine sachliche Entscheidung uber die Hohe der MdE ermoglicht. Sie kann zwischen 0 und 70% betragen und ist individuell befundorientiert festzulegen.
