Pseudo-minimal transducers: A transducer with proper elements

Abstract

The algorithm that we present here is an adaptation of the automata pseudo- minimization algorithm for finite-state transducer. After giving some definitions, we give an algorithm to build a pseudominimal transducer, that has an interesting property: each recognized word has a proper element.
