We consider a quadratic performance' index and a perturbed linear system with system matrices varying in a given polytope in the matrix space. We present a method for finding the guaranteed cost control with the minimal bound of the quadratic index value. Presented technique may be used for the design of the robustly stabilizing feedback control.
