Abstract

Mit einem strategischen Roadmapping bieten das Fraunhofer IAO und Computacenter ein innovatives Beratungskonzept zur Planung von effizienter Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit als einem Teilbereich der gesamten unternehmerischen IT-Infrastruktur an. Der erlauterte interdisziplinare Ansatz berucksichtigt unternehmensspezifische Rahmenbedingungen und fokussiert auf die Ausgestaltung zukunftig zentraler Kommunikationsszenarien und deren strategischer Verankerung. Er verbindet arbeitswissenschaftliche, okonomische und technologische Anspruche fur eine erfolgreiche Implementierung und Etablierung von eCollaboration bzw. »Unified Communication and Collaboration«-Losungen in Unternehmen.
