Abstract

Viele Webanwendungen stehen vor der Herausforderung, Funktionalitaten geografischer Informationssysteme (GIS) zu integrieren. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt drei Modelle von Softwarearchitekturen und wie Web-/Enterprise-Anwendungen mit GIS-Funktionalitaten erweitert werden konnen. Ausgehend von kartenbasierten Mashups werden client-und serverzentrierte Architekturen sowie Hybridarchitekturen vorgestellt. Eine Gegenuberstellung und Bewertung der Architekturmodelle schlieβen den Beitrag ab.
