Dieselpartikelfilter aus Cordierit

Abstract

Derzeit kommen bei Pkw mit Dieselmotor meist keramische Partikelfilter aus Siliziumkarbid (SiC) zum Einsatz. Cordierit-Partikelfilter sind zwar gunstiger in der Herstellung und bieten einige zusatzliche technische Vorteile, jedoch fehlte fur die Serienverbreitung bisher eine robuste Regenerationsstrategie, um den Abbrand des Ruses unter allen Betriebsbedingungen sicher zu gewahrleisten und die hohen Regenerationstemperaturen zu beherrschen. Bosch hat dazu ein Gesamtsystem entwickelt, das aus dem Cordierit-Partikelfilter und einer Regenerationsmanagement-Software besteht.
