Achtgang-Automatikgetriebe zur Reduzierung des Kraftstoffverbrauchs

Abstract

Nach der Einfuhrung der Sechsgang-Automatikgetriebe-Baureihe bei ZF beginnend im Jahr 2001 wurde 2006 eine technisch wesentlich verbesserte Version dieser Getriebe auf den Markt gebracht, die alle kundenrelevante Merkmale wie Leistungsgewicht, Verbrauchsreduzierung, Reaktions- und Schaltgeschwindigkeit deutlich verbessert. Im Hinblick auf die stetig steigenden Anforderungen war jedoch zu erkennen, dass eine weitere Optimierung auf Basis des Lepelletier-Getriebesystems nicht weiter zielfuhrend ist. Deshalb wurde ein neuartiges Achtgang-Automatikgetriebe mit vier einfachen Radsatzen und funf Schaltelementen entwickelt, mit dem acht Vorwartsgange mit einer Getriebespreizung von etwa 7 und ein Ruckwartsgang dargestellt werden konnen. Auf Grund seines guten Verzahnungswirkungsgrads und der Tatsache, dass in jedem Gang nur zwei Schaltelemente geoffnet sind, bietet das System alle Voraussetzungen zur Zielerreichung.
