Op de nieuwjaarsreceptie van de NVMW hield Jos van der Lans een lezing over de wederopstanding van professionals. Hij benadrukte dat het klimaat onder de Wmo volop kansen biedt om de professionaliteit van de uitvoering weer op de agenda te zetten. Twee kwesties troffen mij.
