Abstract

Na een kort overzicht van de te verwachten demografische ontwikkeling, kort gezegd de vergrijzing, besteedt deze bijdrage aandacht aan de drie kernbegrippen van de zorgverlening aan kwetsbare ouderen, te weten multimorbiditeit, polyfarmacie en fragiliteit. Gegevens van de Huisartsenpost Groningen onderbouwen het betoog. De bijdrage wordt afgesloten met een kritische beschouwing en aanbevelingen voor nader onderzoek.
