Abstract

Bart is bouwkundige te Zaandam op een middelgroot architectenkantoor.Hij werkt daar al 8 jaar met plezier, en tot volle tevredenheid van zijn klanten en collega’s. Maar het laatste jaar gaat het minder. Hij maakt steeds vaker grote fouten in zijn berekeningen, en dat heeft het kantoor al aardig wat geld gekost. Hij wordt ook steeds somberder en trager. Hij denkt dat hij een burn-outheeft. Hij meldt zich ziek en zit na drie weken op het spreekuur van de bedrijfsarts. De bedrijfsarts ziet een man van 33 jaar, die adequaat zijn verhaal doet. Hoe hij zijn berekeningen de laatste maanden steeds vaker controleerde,maar toch de fouten er niet uit kreeg. Vervolgens controleerde een collega zijn berekeningen en financiele schetsen, wat vroeger nooit hoefde. Er zijn geen relatieproblemen op het werk, en het bedrijf gaat goed. Alleen de verbazing over dat dit nu gebeurt, raken ze maar niet kwijt. Hij is hun spil.
