Die Gehalte an fluchtigen N-Nitrosaminen lagen bei allen untersuchten Proben (funf Cola-Limonaden, 15 Biere, 17 selbst hergestellte Cola-Bier-Mischungen, 13 Handels-produkte wie z. B. Cola-Weizen, Radler/Alsterwasser) unter 0,3 μg/kg und damit unter dem technisch einhaltbaren Hochstwert fur Bier (0,5 μg/kg). Eine theoretisch denkbare N-Nitrosamin-Neubildung als Folge des Zusammenschuttens fand in den Mischungen nicht statt.
