Tumeur stromale maligne sur diverticule de Meckel géant

Abstract

Les tumeurs malignes primitives surviennent sur 1% des diverticules de Meckel. Elles sont dominees par les tumeurs carcinoides et suivies par les leiomyosarcomes puis les adenocarcinomes. Seulement 3 cas de tumeurs stromales malignes sur diverticule de Meckel ont ete decrits a ce jour, a notre connaissance, dans la litterature. Nous rapportons deux nouvelles observations particulieres par la taille geante du diverticule, la localisation rare (au-dela de 1,50 m de la valvule ileo-caeale) et par le type histologique (tumeur stromale maligne).
