Étude temporelle du couplage d’une onde

Abstract

Nous etudions tout au long de cet article l’interaction entre une onde electromagnetique externe et une ligne de transmission quelconque, uniforme ou non, chargee par des elements lineaires ou non lineaires comme c’est le cas du transistor a effet de champ (Mesfet) en regime de grand signal. L’originalite de ce travail reside dans le fait que l’algorithme propose permet de prendre en compte aussi bien la non-uniformite de la ligne que la connexion aux extremites d’elements de non-linearite complexe. La technique de calcul utilisee est la methode des differences finies dans le domaine temporel (Fdtd). La comparaison des resultats obtenus par cette methode avec ceux obtenus par la litterature et par le logiciel Spice est tres satisfaisante dans l’ensemble permettant ainsi la validation de l’approche numerique proposee.
