Esthesioneuroblastoma is a difficult problem both for the otolaryngologist & pathologist. A high index of suspicion & electron microscopic examination of the tumour is an aid to diagnosis. The five year cure is meaningless for this disease. It is a very rare disease and over 200 cases have been reported in the literature by 1986. Because of its rarity, the case of esthesioneuroblastoma in a seven year child is being reported.
