In conclusion we may say that our finding of 15 per cent. of patients with vaginal discharge containing Trichomonas vaginalis warrants the routine examination of all discharges of unknown aetiology by dark-ground illumination and that our results of treatment in these cases with Devegan have established the value of this drug in patients suffering from vaginal discharge, whether caused by Trichomonas Vaginalis, or of obscure origin
