Disruption of the cricoarytenoid joint is uncommon and possibly underdiagnosed.To highlight the diagnosis of arytenoid subluxation and its management.Two case reports.Arytenoid subluxation is a rare condition that should always be considered in patients presenting with symptoms following upper airway instrumentation or external trauma to the neck. Early diagnosis optimises the possibility of restoring normal voice and laryngeal function.
