A chromatographic determination of gibberellic acid

Abstract

(1) Гибберелловую кислоту можно определить хроматографически в ферментационной Зидкости, в препаратах гиббереллина и в различных стадиях экстракции при помощи буферной бумаги и n-амилацетата. Синие пятна, получаемые после применения реагента Folin-Ciocilteu смывают и окраску определяют фотометрически. (2) Предлагаемый хроматографический метод позволяет эффективное разделение в течение сравнительно краткого времени (1,5–3 часа). (3) Этот метод применяли для фильтрата культуры Gibberella fujikuroi. При применении реагента Folin-Ciocilteu появилось 5 пятен, а при применении флюорометрической техники—4—6пятен. (4) После элюции пятен были обнаружены 2 вещества, отличавшиеся от гибберелловой кислоты и активные при испытании на пост кукурузы в высоту.
