Infantile Tuina is an important component of traditional Tuina therapy, whose unique treatment system was formed during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Infantile Tuina is a treatment method performed on the children's body or acupoints by some Tuina techniques under the guidance of Chinese medical theory to treat their diseases. Infantile Tuina functions to unblock meridian and collateral, move qi and activate blood, regulate yingnutrient and wei-defensive, balance yin and yang, harmonize zang and fu organs, and enhance the body resistance against diseases. Hence, infantile Tuina cannot only treat many children's diseases, but also take the effect of prevention and healthcare. It does not need medical equipments, medicines and injection, not giving rise to side effects, thus the children are willing to accept it. Infantile Tuina can treat the emergency diseases, infantile diseases and some infectious diseases. Clinical practice has proven that infantile Tuina is quite effective for many children's diseases as well as children's healthcare. In recent years, academic communication gets more and more active. Compared to adult Tuina, infantile Tuina is remarkably different in the massaging techniques, acupoint selection, indications, etc. Now I will present the acupoints, massaging techniques, indications, contraindications and clinical cautions of infantile Tuina as follows.
