Scleroderma is one of the entities recognized under the term «conective tissue diseases», which sometimes affect exclusively to the skin. It has been related to many etiopatogenic agents and, from decades ago, it has been established a casual relationship with previous radiotherapy administration, mainly in patients with breast neoplasms. It is an infrequent event, with scarcely references in the literature, including a reduced number of cases.
