Abstract

RAumliche Strukturen und Wettbewerbsgleichgewichte.— Die Zielsetzung des vorliegenden Aufsatzes ist eine dreifache: I. Zu zeigen, da\ sich er Kreis unter der Voraussetzung eines rAumlichen Wettbewerbs nicht als Absatzgebiet durchsetzen wird, da diese Anordnung der Absatzgebiete tatsAchlich weniger gewinnbringend wAre als das Sechseck. 2. Die fundamentalen Beziehungen zwischen Preisen, Gewinnen und Absatzgebieten unter Bedingungen eines rAumlichen Wettbewerbs zu erklAren und 3. zu beweisen, da\ das Sechseck das Absatzgebiet ist, das ein Wettbewerbsgleichgewicht im Wirtschaftsraum ermoglicht. Nach Erorterung der Theorien von Losch und Mills und Lav versuchen die Verfasser klarzustellen, was mit Preisen und Gewinnen bei verschiedener Anordnung der Absatzgebiete geschieht, wenn rAumlicher Wettbewerb ein rAumliches Monopol ersetzt.
