Kriechverhalten UF-verleimter MDF

Abstract

Untersucht wurden UF-verleimte 19 mm dicke MDF verschiedener Hersteller, die sich sowohl hinsichtlich der Kurzzeiteigenschaften als auch der Formaldehydabgabepotentiale und Rohdichteprofile deutlich voneinander unterschieden. Die Dauerstanduntersuchungen, wurden nach der FESYP-Methode durchgefuhrt. Die MDF erwiesen sich trotz hoher Kurzzeiteigenschaftswerte zu Beginn der Versuche als besonders anfallig gegenuber einer Wechselklimalagerung, was auf eine mangelnde bzw. unzureichende Leimverteilung zuruckgefuhrt wird. So verringerte sich bei einer Serie bereits nach 5 Zyklen die Querzugfestigkeit auf nur noch 1/3 der Ausgangsfestigkeit Auch die Biegeeigenschaftswerte wurden deutlich starker reduziert als bei vergleichbaren Spanplatten. Dies dokumentierte sich auch in der hohen Kriechneigung der untersuchten MDF, die sehr unterschiedlich, doch stets deutlich hoher als die vergleichbarer Spanplatten waren.
