A case of Bowen’s disease is reported, which was unsuccessfully treated by conservative measures and finally required radical removal by abdominoperineal resection. Healing was complete without skin graft, and there was no recurrence at the time of this report. Radical excision is justified on the basis of experience of Scott, and Kuznitsky and Jacoby, who reported lymphatic metastasis and criteria that indicated malignant potential.
