Der Einfluß von Bestockungsgrad und Durchforstung auf die Rohdichte von südafrikanischer Pinus radiata

Abstract

Eine undurchforstete und zwei mehrfach durchforstete Versuchsflachen mit Pinus radiata unterschiedlicher Stammzahlen wurden radiodensitometrisch auf ihre Rohdichte hin analysiert. Die undurchforstete Flache mit dem grosten Bestockungsgrad zeigte dabei die hochsten mittleren Rohdichtewerte im Verhaltnis zu den Durchforstungsflachen. Ein Vergleich der beiden durchforsteten Flachen wies fur die Versuchsflache mit der geringeren Stammzahl deutlich nierigere Holzdichten aus. Von vier auf beiden Flachen nacheinander vorgenommenen Durchforstungen bewirkte nur der erste Eingriff auf die Versuchsflache mit dem niedrigeren Bestockungsgrad eine signifikante Rohdichteabsenkung im folgenden Jahr.
