Abstract

Bei frisch amputierten unverletzten Unterschenkeln wurde die Stabilitat des medialen Bandapparates durch die gehaltene Rontgenaufnahmetechnik nach Durchtrennung des Kapsel-Bandapparates sowie nach zusatzlicher Durchtrennung der Sehne des Musculus fiexor digitorum longus und Musculus tibialis post. untersucht. Es zeigte sich hierbei, das erst nach zusatzlicher Durchtrennung der Sehnen eine erhebliche seitliche Aufklappbarkeit mit Instabilitat des oberen Sprunggelenkes auftrat.
