Operationen im HNO-Bereich mit dem neuen Narkosewirkstoff Ketanest

Abstract

Uber 230 Narkosen im HNO-Bereich wurden mit dem neuen Narkosewirkstoff Ketanest ausgefuhrt. Dabei bewirkte das als Monoanaestheticum i.v. applizierte Ketanest bei einer Dosierung von 1,5 mg/kg Korpergewicht eine sog. dissoziative Anaesthesie, die stets eine operativ ausnutzbare Dauer von 4 min erreichte. Charakteristisch fur Ketanest ist das Erhaltenbleiben der Schutzreflexe. Uber die verschiedenen Operationen, bei denen Ketanest eingesetzt wurde sowie uber die moglichen Komplikationen bei der Ketanestnarkose wurde berichtet.
