Electronic circuits designed to amplify masticatory electromyographic voltages are described in detail. The equipment activates a tape recorder during bruxing episodes. The recorded data subsequently being converted into numerical terms by an electronic pulse counter. A second set of data is obtained during the use of an aural warning buzzer sounding during bruxing activity.
