The stability of non-Newtonian fluid films moving on inclined planes is studied within the two-parameter Ostwald-de Waele model with account taken of the surface tension and van der Waals forces. The problem is solved analytically in the linear formulation, and the evolution of finite-amplitude perturbations is determined numerically.
