Abstract

Pour toute evaluation, l'objectif, la structure et les criteres utilises doivent etre clairement definis. L'impact de l'evaluation doit etre aussi claire que possible, ainsi que le niveau auquel se situe l'evaluation, et que les criteres choisis pour mesurer l'impact du programme ou d'une institution. Une fois l'evaluation realisee, les dirigeants doivent l'analyser : un feedback est indispensable
