Abstract

Die Urethrometrie bei Belastung beschreibt das Ausmas der abdomino-urethralen Druckubertragung und gibt dem Untersucher Auskunft uber die verbliebene Kapazitat des Harnrohrenverschlusdruckes bei Stres. Bei einigen Patientinnen beobachteten wir eine akute Erhohung des funktionellen Harnrohrenverschlusdruckes (Pu-Pv). In der Theorie der Urodynamik ist diese Veranderung nicht vorgesehen. In der Abbildung 1 erkennt man diese akute Druckerhohung bei einer 53jahrigen Patientin mit einem Prolaps der hinteren Vaginalwand, der eine larvierte Stresinkontinenz bedingt. In der Abbildung 2 ist zu erkennen, das bei einer Reposition des Prolaps ein inkontinentes Stresprofil aufgezeichnet wird. Wir beobachteten, das diese Veranderungen meistens mit einem ausgedehnten Prolaps vergesellschaftet sind.
