Abstract

Alle Pflanzen und Pflanzenteile beinhalten mindestens 8 polycyclische aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, von denen mindestens 5 kanzerogene Eigenschaften besitzen. Das am starksten kanzerogene 3,4-Benzpyren findet sich in Mengen von 1–2 Gamma pro 100 g Pflanzentrockengewicht (=0,01–0,02 ppm).
